When budgeting, please bear in mind that we are not providing evening meals this year. Based on feedback, we understand most would prefer to choose their own restaurants and their own meals. Both locations provide plenty of choice and we hope to negotiate some discounts with restaurants at each location for REAL Rally participants. Furthermore, each participant will need to cover their own overnight car parking costs where necessary.
Banger: Like last year, your vehicle can be entered if purchased for less than a £1,000. There was some bending of the rules last year and we would ask that if any work needs taking place to your banger, that it doesn't exceed £250.
Classic: for those that already have a nice car parked up in a garage or barn that only gets a few outings each year, you can enter this vehicle. To do this, we ask that you make a direct payment of £1,000 to the charity.
It's a CONVOY!
Whilst everyone will not be staying at the same hotel or dining together, we will be having a group rendezvous each evening at a pre-arranged bar in each location. Our aim is that this reception drink, along with joining the scheduled stops during the day, will keep the group together to maximise the fun!
